❈ If the new product you received is defective, damaged, does not meet the specifications or is missing parts, and you need to return or exchange it, please call customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods and someone will call you to confirm the return or exchange.

❈The company will not be able to bear the shipping costs for non-defective returned products; the company will refund within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) after receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct.
